Service Description

Designed for teachers (mainstream and special education), carers, therapists, arts practitioners, community leaders, and volunteers working with ANY POPULATION! These training sessions draw from a music therapy-informed approach to encourage the integration of music into diverse areas of practice. Sessions can be customised to suit different educational, therapeutic, and community settings, and are suitable for participants with varying levels of experience. Expected outcomes include: - Understanding the neurologic and mindset shifts that arise from musical engagement - Applying inclusive education principles to support diverse learning needs - Gaining practical tools to support neurodivergent learners using rhythm, movement, and sound - Learning frameworks to reduce social gaps and foster community through music - Developing self-care strategies to prevent burnout and sustain reflective practice Whether applied in mainstream classrooms, specialist settings, or community spaces, these sessions empower participants to use music as a tool for wellbeing, connection, and expression—while building confidence in their own creative and musical facilitation.
